How are class sessions scheduled?+
You define the weekly slots once — for example, Monday 5pm English. Togever generates the upcoming sessions automatically on a rolling basis, so tutors, students, and parents always see the next few weeks on their calendars.
What happens when the regular tutor is unavailable?+
Each class can have cover tutors alongside the primary tutor. When the primary tutor can't make a session, a cover tutor takes it without changing the schedule or the roster.
Can students join or leave a class mid-term?+
Yes. The roster is persistent but editable — add or remove students at any time and future sessions update automatically.
